The Oktyabrsky District Court of Murmansk fined Alexander Surinov, deputy coordinator of Navalny's headquarters, for 150,000 rubles. about this on her Twitter. wrote Violetta Grudina, coordinator of the headquarters,

The judge considered that Surinov repeatedly violated the rules for holding a mass event (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) because of the September 9 rally. Grudina wrote that the meeting lasted 10 minutes.

In Murmansk, in addition to Surinov, three more supporters of Alexei Navalny were fined 150,000 rubles: volunteers Dmitry Melnikov and Oleg Shachin, as well as a lawyer from the campaign headquarters, Alexei Grigoriev. The trial in the case of Violetta Grudina - also under Part 8 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - due on September 19. The day before Surinov's trial, policemen came to Navalny's Murmansk headquarters and handed summons to him and Grudina. The police officers who filed reports against them said, according to Grudina, that their fines would go to the Pension Fund.
