Novosibirsk authorities will borrow more than 1 billion

Novosibirsk City Hall decided to take a loan of more than 1 billion rubles. The rate will be 8.25% per annum.

The Department of Finance has announced tenders for revolving credit lines. The documents are published on the public procurement website.

The authorities needed 1.1 billion rubles for 5 years. The annual rate will be 8.25%.

The initial price of the two contracts is 103.1 million rubles, the other two - 123.7 million. Electronic auctions are scheduled for October 8.
