In Samara, the coordinator of the local headquarters Alexei Navalny Yegor Alaseev was detained, according to the headquarters group in VKontakte.

The activist is going to stop the protocol in 2 parts of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (holding a public event without submitting a notification) from the action on September 9. The headquarters group notes that Alaseeva is being taken to the police department No. 4, however, the police department No. 5 is located at the specified address.
