The Oktyabrsky District Court of Samara fined Alexei Navalny's local headquarters coordinator Yegor Alasheev 150,000 rubles for the September 9 rally. This was reported on the Facebook page of the Samara headquarters.
Alasheev was found guilty of repeated violation of the rules for holding the event (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The activist was detained on September 20, after which he was taken to police station No. 5. The trial took place on the same day.
- In June, Alasheev was fined 50 thousand rubles because of the action “He is not our king” held on May 5. During the event, Alasheev was holding a poster "Stop disturbing our lives."
- On September 9, rallies and marches were held in many cities of the country against raising the retirement age, twelve of which were agreed with the authorities. According to OVD-Info, more than 1,195 people were detained, most of all in St. Petersburg - about 623 protesters.
