The court arrested Navalny for 20 days

Simonovsky court of Moscow sentenced the policy of Alexei Navalny to administrative arrest for a period of 20 days.

Earlier, the police drew up an administrative protocol for the opposition under part 4 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violations during a rally that entailed causing harm to human health or property).

A new administrative case is connected with rallies on September 9 against pension reform, during which Navalny was in a special -reception. Politics found guilty of the publication of the announcement of the action on August 7, as well as tweet and video on August 24.

• Alexey Navalny was detained by the police on the morning of September 24 at the exit of the special receiver, where he was serving 30 days of arrest for re -violation of the rules of public event. The reason for the previous arrest was the January “voter strike”, which was organized by the opposition.
