According to Benyash, he was taken to the hospital twice: “They diagnosed abrasions on the face, arms, neck, cheekbone and jaw, hemorrhage in the left eardrum and traumatic otitis media.”

OVD-Info After the arrest, two reports were drawn up against the lawyer: about disobedience to employees, as well as about organizing an uncoordinated event (part of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code) due to the fact that he published a post about the upcoming action, and the post stated that the action was not coordinated. Under Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code, Benyash was sentenced to 40 hours of compulsory work.
