Ingush activists Khautiev and Nalgiev were fined 10,000 rubles each under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses after a spontaneous rally against the mutual exchange of land between Chechnya and Ingushetia. The rally was held on September 25 near the district administration building in Sunzha. The leader of the Ingush branch of the Yabloko party, Ruslan Mutsolgov, told the "Caucasian Knot" that Bagaudin Khautiev did not take part in the rally. Despite this, he was still detained on the evening of the day of the action. “He was released by midnight, but the next morning he was again taken to the Center for Emergencies and kept there all day until the action in Magas ended,” Mutsolgov said.
The co-chairs of the Ingush social movement "Mehk Khel" Sarazhdin Sultygov and Musa Albogachiev, the court also under Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses fined five thousand rubles each for the same action. Before that, they were called in for a conversation at Center "E". on the movement's Facebook page It was reported that they were held by the police for more than six hours.
In the capital of Ingushetia, Magas, on September 26, an action was also held against changing the borders of Chechnya and Ingushetia. Employees of the National Guard detained several participants in the action, but, at the request of the elders, they did not take them to the police departments. According to the "Caucasian Knot", during the action, law enforcement officers provoked the participants, insulting them and shooting into the air. After the rally in Magas, several activists were called in for a talk by employees of the Center “E”.
On September 26, it became known that the heads of Chechnya and Ingushetia signed an agreement on the mutual transfer of land between the republics.
