- I immediately said to the villagers: there is no need to go to him right away with a pitchfork, let's listen to what they say. We want a normal, constructive dialogue, ”says Boronin. - He arrived, said, of course, a lot of empty words and stupid things. But he left unharmed. People in our current situation can be flared up, although in general they are not used to complaining about life. Still, here, in Siberian, the economy in comparison with other Altai villages and villages is not so bad ...

Indeed, the Siberian village council does not seem to look depressed territory.

“We have a production base of Magisters,” the head of the village council notes. - The Barnaulskaya substation, which is engaged in the production of electricity, the poultry farm "Siberian Bird" - Novosibirsk opened. There are fish processors, a bakery, brick manufacturers, a coke production enterprise and many others. In general, there are jobs. Another thing is that the tax system in our country is arranged so that the village council from the availability of these enterprises is not even crumbs, but even less.

There are a school, a branch of a kindergarten, an outpatient clinic, two stores on the territory of the Siberian. Everything is in good condition. There is also a club in which repairs were started not so long ago - its financing was pierced thanks to the implementation of the project for supporting local initiatives

“Of course, if you wish, you can find a job,” says Gennady Chukarikov , a resident of Siberian. - On the railway, to the power engineers, still private enterprises are small. Many go to Barnaul to work. You can get a job. Not like before, of course. Then we have a Poultry farm "Youth" was a giant enterprise - as it is customary to say today, city -forming. We have another poultry farm, but the scale is not the same ... The wood processing enterprise is still being built. But when it works, it is still unknown. In general, the village has prospects. This is not to say that they are very bright, but what village can now be so bold to look into the future? Probably not like that. It’s bad for everyone now, it’s hard for everyone. But our village will definitely live. Young people do not leave him. To study, work in Barnaul, Novoaltaysk goes, but lives here. And this is a guarantee.

It is not clear why we only have to knock out any good things through a hunger strike?! Why constantly stick sticks in the wheels?!

“There are still progresses anyway ...” Continues Chukarikov. - Say, eight years ago, we had a coal boiler room here, right on the street. Dust, dirt, although he was heated. And with the advent of Boronin, they put a modular. This is the ecology, and technology, and the approach is different, more civilized. By the way, at one time, Boronin knocked out this boiler room with the help of a hunger strike. The scandal was also strong. It is not clear why we only have to knock out any good things through a hunger strike?! Why constantly stick sticks in the wheels?! With an increase in retirement age, they also do badly. I myself, by the way, fall under this increase - I am 57 years old. I thought three years later I would take care of the house, the farm, but no - they won’t let me calm down ... Putin, I must say, deceived people - did not justify the trust of those who supported him. He used to speak completely different about this.

Indeed, in 2012, the newly elected head of the village council announced a hunger strike, demanding the construction of a modular boiler room. The old by that time was already breathing incense. This step caused a real commotion in the regional authorities, and the fellow villagers, as one, supported it. The first, the hunger strike lasted 50 hours - on the third day, a draft contract for the construction of a modular boiler house was sent to the village council. Through the next conflict with the district and regional authorities, the rural chapter managed to knock out the construction of a new water intake, which will be accepted in the coming days. However, the water supply networks are in a deplorable state and it is possible that their modernization will require a new hunger strike.

Boronin announced the current hunger strike due to the fact that the administration of the Pervomaisky district, according to him, was not at all engaged in the preparation of networks for winter -a company that would be responsible for the work of heating networks was not even chosen. The new gas modular boiler room was de -energized, some of the devices were dismantled, the heating mains are not insulated.

But what can you hardly change the hunger strike of the chapter is a pension reform.

“I have not heard a single positive review of pension reform,” Oleg Boronin emphasizes. - All people, regardless of gender, age, financial situation and social status, are criticized. Another thing is that they will not actively protest against her, say, they will not go to rallies. This is a rural mentality, if you like. Here he is. But they will express dissatisfaction in the elections. Say, in our Siberian elections, Tomenko nominated by United Russia, although he took first place, scored only 37 percent. And in a neighboring village, he generally became only the second. I have a united Russia here in general, the indicators are very low, since I do not allow falsifications. But a degree of civil discontent in connection with the actions of the authorities before the heating season is very high.

The local resident Petr Egorovich is also indignant:

- I think, Boronin is even gently acting. It was necessary to bring people out to block the regional road. I have been living in the village for ten years, but there was no such disgrace before the start of winter. If the cold is stuck - all at home will begin to freeze! And the district authorities do not itch higher! .. And on television, nothing about this disgrace is said.

“In general, about our awareness, people are quite advanced,” the head of the village council notes.

- I myself have been from Novoaltaysk, but my friend has been living here for three years. People use the Internet very actively - even in my hometown you will not always meet such advancedness. Those who are older, mainly in "Odnoklassniki" sit, and who are younger - go to more serious resources. Therefore, here, Boronin, as an adequate oppositionist, won twice. And the Kremlin power is not very fond of here. But you just do not take me in the face and close up, otherwise I’m not very local here, I’ll say excess ...

“Today in the country I do not see the power system as such,” Oleg Boronin notes. - Neither capitalist, nor democratic, nor socialist, nor dictatorship. Not at all. There is a complex of prohibitive and punitive measures outside of some system that is understandable to citizens. But this is not power in any framework. As for the situation in the field, it can be understood that in the early 2000s there was Chechnya, other problem areas. But today it seems that the situation has normalized. And regions, local government, need to give enough opportunities to improve people's lives. It is clear that working here is not easy. And who is easy today? But I'm in my place for sure. And there was no thought to resign. Just the system is unlawful. And we see in the field sometimes very strange phenomena.

Say, the former vice-governor Yakov Ishutin was, in a simple language, not in the scrap to come to me in the village council, scold me "Mother", but see the situation with your own eyes and try to do something. And today, the same smoking housing and communal services, Minister Gilev does not travel around the villages and does not want to delve into the situation. With his predecessor, Tselishchev, one could still argue, swear, and with these it is already unknown how to be and how to communicate. And I have a regional rehabilitation center for children with disabilities here. And on October 4, another shift begins in it - very sick children will be brought. What will be with them in such a distress with warmth - I do not know ...

On Sunday, September 30, it became known that Oleg Boronin stopped her hunger strike - in total, it lasted six days and, alas, did not reach its goal.

- This measure of moral impact on the authorities does not work, since it is designed for people with moral standards. Today in the corridors of the authorities are immoral, unprincipled people, ”explains Boronin. - At the same time, the new heat supply organization LLC "SPTK" in the near future begins to prepare for the heating season in the village council.

According to him, "the authorities with a grin observe his actions in defense of their voters."

“Why do I need this? .. I live here, you have to do all this to someone.” Otherwise, the crains will come in general. Before going here to the polls, I headed the center of protest actions of "Fair Russia". So I understand something in the organization of protests. And in the dubious elections of the Governor of the region in 2014, he participated in order to better understand this system. I believe in the onset of a lighter period for the country and I hope that my abilities will be in demand then.
