The Dossier Center received new information about the GRU colonel (in 2010 the GRU was renamed the Main Directorate of the General Staff) Anatoly Chepiga (“Ruslan Boshirov”), suspected of poisoning Sergei and Yulia Skripal. It turned out that Colonel Chepiga, as a simple student, lived in a hostel at the Russian State University for the Humanities.

Back in the mid-2000s, Major of the 14th brigade of the GRU special forces (military unit 74,854, earlier - 20,662) Anatoly Chepiga was noticed by a representative from the Military Diplomatic Academy (VDA), military unit 22,177. The annual recruitment of candidates for students of the ACA among employees in military units is a normal practice for the GRU.

Graduates of this faculty are distributed among military districts and during the fighting they conduct reconnaissance behind enemy lines, engage in sabotage, mining roads, liquidate command posts, etc.

As a rule, non-resident students of the ACA are registered in hostels at the following Moscow addresses: st. People's militia, 50 (military unit 22 177), Khoroshevskoye highway, 76 B (military unit 45 807, in the slang of GRU employees - "Aquarium"), st. Svobody, 21/2 (military unit 45 807 "R", known as the "House of February 21") or on the 3rd Volokolamsky passage, 4. However, Chepiga, along with his wife and son (the daughter was registered there later) was registered as a student in the hostel of the Russian State University for the Humanities (Kirovogradskaya st., 25/1).

Back in 1997, on Khoroshevsky Highway, 76 B, the American journalist Edward Dean was detained, who was filming everyone entering and leaving the "aquarium". As a former colonel from the Academy of the General Staff, who wished to remain anonymous, told Dossier, the leadership decided to register officers at the addresses of civilian dormitories instead of the "illuminated" dormitories of the VDA.

In 2010, upon arrival in Moscow, Anatoly Chepiga was given a new passport in the name of Ruslan Boshirov, a native of Dushanbe, in the column "place of residence" it was indicated: Moscow, st. Bolshaya Embankment, 19 bldg. *, sq. **.

As the Dossier Center found out, Alina Isakova lives at this address.

In 2002, she moved to Moscow from Chisinau, registering in a one-room apartment of 27.3 square meters. m in the village of Shakhovskaya near Moscow, where another 189 people are registered. Later, Isakova got a job at METRO Cash & Carry and accompanied the leading top manager of the Metro and Lenta hypermarkets, German Edward Deffinger, on trips around the country. Currently, according to SPARK-Interfax, she is a co-founder of Global Stream LLC in Crimea (the beneficiary of the company is the offshore Nemis Indastriz Korp, registered in the British Virgin Islands).

The Dossier Center managed to get in touch with Alina Isakova, who stated that she lives with her husband, who graduated from the Russian Chemical Technical University. D. I. Mendeleev, and does not know Chepiga and Boshirov. However, the name of the latter could have been known to Isakova since January 2017, when an act on an administrative offense dated June 24, 2016, issued by the Moscow Administrative Road Inspectorate addressed to Boshirov Ruslan Timurovich, arrived at her address. Such acts, as a rule, are for improper parking and parking on lawns.

According to the Dossier, in February 2014, an employee of the GRU Chepiga took part in the evacuation of the former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych as part of the Special Operations Forces (SSO) of the Russian Defense Ministry, receiving the title of Hero of Russia for this. Together with him in the Kremlin, the awards were presented to Putin's former personal bodyguard Alexei Dyumin, who later became the governor of the Tula region, as well as to a group of "musicians" from the "Conservatory" from the People's Militia Street, which later formed the backbone of the Wagner PMC.

Other "students" from the RSUH dormitory

As the Dossier Center found out, after the military conflict with Georgia in 2008, which demonstrated the disorder in the troops, the Kremlin decided to revive the almost dispersed GRU special forces, after which active recruitment began in the “conservatory”. The Dossier obtained a list of 123 officers who enrolled in 2009-2015 in the first (strategic undercover intelligence, in the slang of GRU employees - “jackets”) and the third faculties of the ACA. In the future, some of them became representatives of Aeroflot abroad (the SVR airline also has its own quota), advisers in embassies, employees of the Rossotrudnichestvo agency, Russian and foreign foreign economic organizations, and officers at the headquarters of military districts.

In particular, the list included the names of twelve servicemen who were registered together with Chepiga in the dormitory of the Russian State Humanitarian University (more complete data and mobile phone numbers are at the disposal of the Dossier):

2) Igor Golubev, served in military unit 26 840, village of Katunino (formerly "Arkhangelsk-27");

3) Roman Tatarka, graduated from the Cherepovets Higher Military Engineering School of Radio Electronics;

4) Konstantin Bakhtin, served in military unit 54 902, helicopter air base, p. Garovka-2, Khabarovsk Territory;

5) Andrey Domrachev, military unit 10 735, 165th Marine Regiment, Vladivostok;

6) Valery Nesterenko, born in Armavir, then lived in Stavropol;

7) Andrey Pesterev, has an AA officer ID *****;

8) Alexey Ponomarev, Military Academy of the Strategic Missile Forces named after. Peter the Great;

9) Alexander Fedichkin, no other data;

10) Igor Yasenev, Ryazan, no other data;

The real names of these “RGGU students” do not appear in any databases, and not only their accounts, but even the profiles of their wives and children have been deleted from the network. Probably, at present they have new names, and it is possible that among the above-mentioned students of the ACA, Chepiga's partner in Salisbury is hiding, using documents in the name of Alexander Evgenievich Petrov, a native of the Arkhangelsk region.

In 2011, Petrov bought a Chevrolet Cruze car in Moscow with a new passport and sold it 6 years later. The Dossier Center met with the new owner of the car, who lives in Solnechnogorsk-2, where the Senezh GRU special forces base (military unit 92,154) is located, and showed him a photograph of Petrov. The current owner of Chevrolet said that a friend of the owner sold the car by proxy from a notary, and Petrov himself suddenly fell ill.

According to the information of the Dossier Center, a number of commercial organizations owned by the wives of GRU officers are registered at the address of the GRU headquarters on Khoroshevsky Shosse (the extracts are at the disposal of the Dossier Center).
