Kadyrov threatened Ingushetia war

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, threatened Ingushetia for a refusal to recognize the border between the two regions. This was reported by the "Caucasian Knot" with reference to the statement of Kadyrov in the Chechen language made on the air of the Grozny GRC.

As soon as the threat appears, they begin to tremble from everyone, and when they are far away, sitting on a warm sofa ... Do not conduct empty conversations. At least - to the leadership of the Chechen Republic and the people ... there will be demand.”

“For the sake of the Almighty, do not create problems for yourself ...” Kadyrov continued. “If you fight, then it suits me. There is power - I’m wandered. When there will be no power, wandered away ... We will have to show nobility and generosity. But the one who leads empty conversations will find his place.”

On Thursday, the parliaments of Ingushetia and Chechnya were voted on ratification of the agreement establishing the border between the regions. The document was signed on September 26 Kadyrov and the head of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov in the presence of the envoy Vladimir Putin in the North Caucasus Federal District Alexander Matovnikov.

If the Chechen parliament unanimously ratified the agreement, then the People’s Assembly of Ingushetia against the backdrop of mass protests made the opposite decision : 15 out of 24 deputies opposed the border provided for, and four more ruined the ballots.

At the same time, Yevkurov claims that the agreement was ratified.

On the website of the People’s Assembly itself, information on the outcome of the vote as of 20 hours Moscow time is still absent.

After lunch, the deputies who, according to them, opposed the ratification of the agreement, told participants in the protest in Magas that on Friday the People’s Assembly intends to again consider this issue in order to cancel the current decision. “It is unclear what deputies are going to cancel tomorrow, if today the majority voted against,” one of the demonstrators remarked to the Caucasian Knot.

The day before, the Constitutional Court of Ingushetia sent a negative review of the agreement to the parliament. The document signed by the Chairman of the KS Ayuba Gagiev, whose facsimile was placed by the Caucasus. Realii, it is indicated that the issue of revising the borders should be previously submitted to the regional referendum.

An inconsistent rally against ratification of the agreement continues in Magas in the morning. The number of participants in the action shortly before noon was estimated at 6 thousand people, in the future it was stated that the protesters are up to 10 thousand.

Evkurov tried to go out to the demonstrators, but he was met with cries of indignation. Some began to throw bottles into the head of the region. Evkurov’s security opened firing in the air from machine guns.

Protesters convinced their comrades not to perform provocative actions. The security forces also did not attempt to accelerate and detains. However, Yevkurov was forced to retire, without speaking to the audience.

In the evening, a number of participants in the action in Magas announced an unlimited protest. Several dozens of demonstrators began to be located at night and called on the residents of the region to arrive in the capital and join the protests. The protesters bring food and necessary for spending the night.

The requirement of the resignation of Yevkurov as an official slogan of protests was not declared. Nevertheless, some of the demonstrators assured that they would not leave the street until Yevkurov announces his resignation.
