Earlier on Thursday, the Ingush authorities reported the approval by the parliament of an agreement on the border with Chechnya, but the deputies announced falsification. The press service of Yunus-Bek Evkurov said that out of 25 deputies present at the meeting, 17 voted to accept the agreement. The deputies themselves argue that in fact the results are radically different - 15 parliamentarians spoke out against.

In Ingushetia, on Thursday, mass protests are continuing against the contract on the exchange of non-residential territories of the Nadtererchny district of Ingushetia and the Malgobek district of Chechnya, signed on September 26 by the heads of Chechnya and Ingushetia Ramzan Kadyrov and Yunus Bek Evkurov. In Ingushetia, many consider this exchange unequal.

The Constitutional Court of Ingushetia even before the vote of the deputies stated that the bill on the transfer of land of Chechnya in this format is not subject to consideration and the issue must be resolved by a referendum.
