
The head of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov signed a law that approves the agreement on the establishment of the border between its region and Chechnya. This was announced on Thursday evening by Interfax with reference to the press service of the official.

In the afternoon on Thursday, Yevkurov argued that the law on ratification of the agreement was adopted by the People’s Assembly of the region. The corresponding news is also placed on the website of the head of Ingushetia. Meanwhile, information about the outcome of the vote by the morning of Friday never appeared on the website of the People’s Assembly.
The deputies themselves initially stated that the law by a majority vote was rejected . However, a few hours later, members of the People’s Assembly, who, according to them, opposed the ratification of the agreement, told participants in the protest in Magas that on Friday the parliament would again consider this issue in order to cancel the decision. “It is unclear what deputies are going to cancel tomorrow, if today the majority voted against,” one of the demonstrators noted in this regard.
An inconsistent rally against ratification of the agreement, which began on Thursday in the morning, collected up to 10 thousand people. Evkurov tried to go out to the demonstrators, but he was met with cries of indignation. Some began to throw bottles into the head of the region . Evkurov’s security opened firing in the air from machine guns. As a result, the official left, without speaking to the audience.
Later on Thursday, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, threatened Ingushetia for a war of refusing to recognize the border between the regions. “For the sake of the Almighty, do not create problems for yourself,” he warned. “If you fight, then it suits me. There is power - I am wandered.”
Meanwhile, dozens of rally participants remained on the street for the night, announcing an unlimited protest. According to the Caucasian Knot, in their resolution they demanded that the question of the border with Chechnya to the regional referendum. Earlier, the Constitutional Court of Ingushetia indicated the law on the law on ratification of the contract in his review of the law on the law on ratification of the contract.
Another requirement of the protesters was the immediate resignation of Yevkurov.
The official, in turn, hinted at the possibility of forceful dispersal of the demonstrators, advising them to take away children and old people from the streets.
Representatives of the Ingush community of Moscow on Thursday announced their intention to arrange a protest rake in Magas.
