The website of the investigative committee of Chuvashia says that a case was opened against a local blogger, whose name is not indicated, for the rehabilitation of Nazism (Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code).
The investigation believes that in July the suspect published a post on his page on the social network, "the content of which is aimed at the rehabilitation of the ideology of German Nazism."
Idel. Realii does not specify in what case Ishutov was detained, but draws attention to the fact that he was subjected to an investigation under the article on the rehabilitation of Nazism. The reason for this, according to the publication, was the blogger's post on his Facebook page - there he wrote that under the current government, people in Russia live worse than under the occupation by the Third Reich.
At the moment, according to Idel. Realii”, Ishutov is in a temporary detention facility. His mother, Lyudmila Ishutova, told the publication that on October 4 and 5, searches were carried out in their house, as well as in a village in the Shumerlinsky district. As a result, the security forces, according to the woman, seized all her son's equipment.
Idel. Realii” adds that a few days ago Ishutov wrote a letter to the leadership of the Investigative Committee of Russia. In it, the blogger reported threats against him and asked Alexander Bastrykin for protection.
