In Arkhangelsk, the former coordinator of Navalny’s headquarters was fined 200 thousand rubles

In Arkhangelsk, the judge of the Oktyabrsky District Court, Yuri Popov, fined Alexander Peskov, the former coordinator of Navalny's headquarters, 200 thousand rubles. This was reported on the page of the Arkhangelsk against raising the retirement age group on VKontakte.

Peskov was found guilty of repeated violation of the rules for holding a public event (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for holding a march against pension reform on September 9. It is noted that the organizers of the action submitted a notice to the mayor's office about the event, but the city administration did not agree on it, without offering an alternative place and time for the event. Peskov himself asked for an administrative arrest.

On October 4, Peskov was detained and left at the police station for the night.
