

This state of affairs may be due to the following reasons:
1. The teacher can be a person of the old formation, for whom Stalin is an “effective manager”, and his repressions “carried good for the country”;
2. To study the topic is highlighted too little time or it does not stand out at all, i.e. The allotted watches are simply given to another topic, for example, the “Great Patriotic War”;
3. There is no necessary base for a full study of the material (schoolchildren and students do not get acquainted with the books of the memory of the victims of repression, do not show newsreels, do not conduct excursions on the museums of the Gulag).
