In Novosibirsk there is a problem with people who can say something intelligible on the topic of local politics, because some know, participate and are silent, while others say, but do not know and do not participate. As a person who has received a good physical and mathematical education, I honestly answer:

- I do not know exactly what tasks were set by Travnikov. Therefore, I can’t know whether he copes with them or not.

- Well, how? - the colleague is surprised, apparently, in mind that everyone and everyone should understand the tasks facing the governors.

“Well,” I say, “did you set him tasks?” No. And I don't. He was set tasks in the Kremlin or in the presidential administration at the time of his appointment. We were not there. What kind of tasks were set is unknown to us. He copes with them or not - to solve them.

Let me remind you that during the election of the governor, the inhabitants of Novosibirsk voted for Andrei Travnikov, whose only slogan read "business is more important than words." Find here the setting of the problem and the program for the future. If they are, then to fulfill them, it is enough just to be silent.

“Well, how do you assess the achievements of Travnikov,” my colleague decided to go from the other side.

“What are the achievements to me, and we will discuss them,” I grabbed joyfully for the opportunity.

Then we moved to the discussion of the composition of the regional government and expectations from the upcoming governorship, there the conversation turned out to be more constructive, I will not repeat it.

The problem of evaluating the “year of Travnikov” is understandable - although “things are more important than words”, so far we have only words about planned matters. Some of them will be implemented, but part - no, but even the question of what the role of Travnikov personally in them remains open.

Yes, in the regional government, four vice-governor and five ministers were replaced in the region. Including, annoying a lot of construction Minister Sergei Boyarsky. It seems to be a significant update. But in their place, deputies were almost always put. What is guaranteed means preserving practices and management style. And these practices and style have come from the time of the city hall Gorodetsky.

By the way, Vladimir Filippovich himself “deservedly” became a senator from the Novosibirsk region and had already voted for raising the retirement age. And Nadezhda Boltenko is now being sent to the Human Rights in the Novosibirsk Region.

So everything goes as it goes. And so it would go if several icebergs did not loom on the path of the Titanic.

The first iceberg is a general situation in the country, disappointment in United Russia, the Government and even the President and the corresponding fall in the ratings. For Putin, this is not a disaster, but for "EP" - yes.

The second iceberg is the upcoming mayor’s elections and related promises. In the coming year, you will have to make some decisions, and among the options there are a lot of potentially dangerous ones.

The third is the implementation (or not) of large announced projects. The hype erupted around them has so far subsided, but as soon as the movement along the garbage or bridge concession begins, their financial injustice and inefficiency will come out again in all its glory. Somewhere it will still be necessary to “land” the future garbage training ground, to somehow explain why the impoverished budget should give billions to the concessionaire (and no one “poked a stick” into the concession on clinics).

The Academgorodok 2.0 looks undoubtedly a positive project.
