One of the detainees, Vladislav Ivancho, said that he, Svetlana Utkina, Andrei Graf, and Ivan Rubtsov were taken to police station No. 78.

UPD 19:31 Vladislav Ivancho says that a protocol is being drawn up against him under the article on participation in an uncoordinated action that interfered with the functioning of life support facilities, transport or social infrastructure (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This is an arrest article. The policeman told him that they could be held for up to 48 hours, and now the officers are correcting errors in the protocol.
