In St. Petersburg, detainees were arrested due to an action with the banner “Long years in prison”

The Dzerzhinsky District Court of St. Petersburg arrested the detainees in connection with the “Long Years of Prison” action.

The detainees Vladislav Ivancho and the supporter of the “Spring” Ivan Rubtsov were sentenced to 10 days of arrest each. Viasna press secretary Andrei Graf was arrested for 15 days, activists of the movement tweeted .

They were found guilty under part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (participation in an uncoordinated rally that interfered with the movement of vehicles and pedestrians).

Activists claim that Graf and Rubtsov did not participate in the action.

Vesna also reports that the trial in the case of the detained Svetlana Utkina will take place on October 9, she is left for one more night in the department.

UPD 17:45 The United Press Service of the Courts of St. Petersburg telegram channel clarifies that Graf was found guilty of repeated violation of the procedure for holding a public event (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

The day before, local activists took to the roadway with a banner "Long years in prison." They dedicated the action to the birthday of Vladimir Putin. After that, four people were detained , they spent the whole night in the police.
