In Makhachkala, police detained Murtazali Gasanguseinov, who was planning to hold a solo picket in front of the building of the republican department of the Investigative Committee, where a field meeting of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee is being held with the participation of the federal leaders of the country's power bloc. Gasanguseinov himself says that during the detention he was in a park near the Central Square. “Employees approached me and began to accuse me of wanting to hold a rally. Gasanguseinov's legal representative, Dzhambulat Hasanov, told Chernovik that with his one-man picket, the detainee "wanted to convey his personal vision of this case" and draw the attention of the heads of law enforcement agencies who arrived. According to the public activist, a protocol is being drawn up against Gasanguseinov on the organization of an uncoordinated rally.
