Football player Alexander Kokorin came for questioning in a criminal case of hooliganism, Irina Volk, the official representative of the Russian Interior Ministry, told RIA Novosti.
Now investigators are working with Kokorin.
- Football players Alexander Kokorin and Pavel Mamaev on October 8 beat a driver in a parking lot in the center of Moscow, and then got into a fight with an official of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in one of the nearby cafes.
- On October 10, the police opened a case of hooliganism against Kokorin and Mamaev. They were given until six o'clock in the evening to voluntarily appear for interrogation. Mamaev came to the police on time.
- Kokorin's lawyer Umalat Saygitov said that his client "simply did not have time" for interrogation, as he received a call from the investigator an hour before the appointed time.
