The meeting of residents of the suburban village of Omsk voted against the placement of the "Chinese town"

The other day, residents of the suburban village of Omsk learned that 3,500 Chinese are planned to be disposed of. This news reached the people from the Internet - through social networks and independent Omsk media: officially neither the district authorities nor the regional considered the necessary people to notify about this, although with the arrival of Chinese citizens, life will change radically, if only because the Novoselels will have a significant numerical preconditions - Omsk in this village about 2400.

There was no broad notification that on October 4 at 19 o’clock the “gathering of citizens” would not be held in the village: on the eve of activists sent SMS to the villagers, whose telephone numbers were known to them, everyone responded: 80 people gathered in the hall. Omichi expressed their opinion about the construction of the “Chinese town” unanimously. It is built not in the village itself, but on agricultural vehicles adjacent to it.

As the head of the settlement of Inna Shumikhina explained to the assembled, earlier this land belonged to the shareholders, now it was a legal entity called “STG-groups”. This face seems to be very influential, since he managed to translate dozens of ha into a new status in a record time (the law prohibits building anything except for households on the lands of agricultural premises).

“We, ordinary citizens, cannot translate the land for years,” says Ivan Lukyanov, one of the initiators of the “gathering of citizens”, “and then there is some kind of magic.”

New settlers will work on the reconstruction of the Omsk oil refinery. It is assumed that it will last three years - so much and will last a shift town. The representative of the mysterious “STG-groups”-someone Oleg Nikolaevich (refused to give his last name) tried to assure the villagers that future neighbors would not infringe them on anything.

- The village will be completely autonomous. There are all its own - water, electricity, heating, sewage, all infrastructure. Citizens of the PRC will only go from work and work - they will not allow them to go out at another time for the fence: there will be a Russian Guard - an agreement with it will be to protect the town.

Oleg Nikolaevich replied to the numerous requests of citizens to name his last name: “A press release will be prepared-you will see there.”

However, the representative of the owner, however, failed a too memorable face: he was recognized by the deputy of the Trinity settlement Irina Drozdova. In 2015, she says, Oleg Nikolaevich (he also does not recall his surname), who at that time presented a fuel company at that time, promised "to gasify Troitskoye in three months, collected 2.5 million rubles from people and was lost."

Following a person who is not trustworthy, the first deputy head of the Omsk district, Alexander Plucchi, went to the microphone. He confirmed that the residents of the village have nothing to worry about: the Chinese will live on their own behind the barbed wire, “in fact in the colony”, burn their light, drink their water-all these benefits will bring them to the Chinese chemical and engineering corporation, which sent them here under an agreement with the oil and oil plant.

- They will be limited in movement, devoid of freedom? How do you imagine this from the point of view of the current legislation? - asked the deputy of the Omsk City Council Dmitry Petrenko who came to the meeting.

The former deputy of the City Council from the Communist Party of the Communist Party Gennady Drozdov asked for what purpose this town is located in the village of Omsk: taxes from the Omsk oil factory go, as you know, not so much to the local budget, but in St. Petersburg, where it has been registered for more than 12 years, and only emissions in the atmosphere have remained in the atmosphere.

- According to my data, and they are taken from reliable sources in the Ministry of Agriculture, here we will live not only Chinese, but also Turks, Serbs, Croats - only 7 thousand people.

The meeting participants unanimously voted against the "Chinese town". As Vasily Khazov said, now in the village there is a collection of signatures under the appeal to the governor with a request to cancel the decision on the placement of a foreign settlement in the Omsk.
