In St. Petersburg, participants in the “Unlimited Protest” were fined 500 rubles

The Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg fined Ilya Lukyanov and Ilya Tkachenko, participants in the Indefinite Protest, 500 rubles. This was reported to OVD-Info by the Detainees Assistance Group.

On October 7, Lukyanov and Tkachenko, along with other participants in the “Indefinite Protest” action, were detained near the Palace Bridge. According to one of the activists, they were detained by people in civilian clothes.

• "Indefinite Protest" is a protest action that began on September 9, after a rally against pension reform. Activists in different cities of Russia are seeking the resignation of the "inefficient and corrupt president."

Protesters are regularly detained by the police.
