Denis Pak’s hard position, one of the holigans affected by football players, did not allow them to avoid arrest

On Thursday evening, almost all participants in the morning fights in the center of Moscow, in which famous players Alexander Kokorin and Pavel Mamaev were noted, were detained by the main investigative department (GSU) of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow on suspicion of hooliganism and placed in a temporary detention center on Petrovka (IVS-1). The Tver District Court of the capital arrested Pavel Mamaev, Alexander Kokorin and his younger brother Cyril for 2 months.

From the investigation of drunken hooliganism with subsequent detentions, the police made a whole show: the representative of the Main Directorate of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow on Wednesday several times went to journalists on Novoslobodskaya Street and voiced the demand for football players to appear for interrogation as soon as possible, threatening the federal search. The lawyers of the latter tried to delay the interrogation at least on Thursday morning, but were forced to ensure the appearance of their customers within a few hours. And already on Thursday, the capital Glavk published a video of interrogations in which the players answered standard installation questions before the start of the investigative action - they called the date of birth and occupation and excitedly tried to explain the reason for their detention (although the decision on the detention was issued after interrogations).

Nothing is reported about the circumstances of the fights themselves: the GSU of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs traditionally does not reveal the secret of the investigation, although the investigators themselves perfectly understand that every day more and more information about this criminal case leaks in the press.

The behavior of the players themselves during interrogation is also noteworthy: Pavel Mamaev, without raising his head, hid his face from the camera behind a hood and a baseball cap, while his friend Alexander Kokorin looked relaxedly at the lens and sometimes smiled.

Obviously, the best friends are in diametrically opposite conditions: Mamaev, with whom Krasnodar initiated the termination of the contract, is abandoned to their fate, and its employers are actively helped by Kokorin. This is also evidenced by the position of lawyers: the defenders of Kokorin, for example, completely reconstructed the events of the unfortunate morning (as if they looked into the interrogations of all participants in conflicts), found a reasonable motive for the client’s behavior in the coffee shop (the official, according to their version, insulted the neighboring table, for which he received his head to the head of the driver’s leading channel on his head) Vitaly Solovchuk. The Gazprom Security Service monitors the progress of the investigation along with Kokorin’s lawyers, regularly consulting with the central apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where the case is under special control.

However, the side of the defense, like the security guards from the state monopoly, had powerful procedural opponents for their trouble.

And these are far from investigators of the Main Directorate of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow and not even the employees of the capital's criminal investigation department, only on the third day after the decision to initiate the proceedings, they began to quickly accompany the investigation and received the first instructions on the search for searches and the removal of information from technical communication channels (that is, on the study of calls and correspondence of the attackers).

For the GSU of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, by the way, this is far from the first criminal case associated with football. Last year, at the request of the leadership of the Dynamo football club, the capital Glavk began to investigate the case of the abuses of his former leadership. Under the sauce of that investigation, employees of the UEBIPK Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow, accompanying the case, even listened to phones for some time and studied the electronic correspondence of Pavel Pogrebnyak and Alexander Sapet, with whom the club was brewing a labor dispute.

This time, the criminal case is not connected with big money, and therefore the power machine behaves quite restrained: they do not bring anyone for interrogations, but they invite (including through the media), they do not provide pressure on the players and their agents. The current investigation would have come to naught, even despite the resonance that arose, if it were not for the passivity of the players themselves, who had not personally chilled personally to the victims and publicly condemn their own actions, and

Let me remind you that initially the actions of the players and their friends were qualified as applying minor beatings - this rather mild criminal building, investigated by interrogators from the police department in the Krasnopresnensky district, implied the right of the parties to reconcile in a pre -trial manner. But the official Pak, judging by the comments of his lawyer, refused to go to the world, not even receiving a call with an apology from the players. Meanwhile, it was the official’s actions that allowed the players to bring to criminal liability: Pak promptly took the video from the coffee shop (where the football players seemed to try to bring 5 million rubles), shot beatings in the medical institution, introduced them to the Presnensky police department and ensured the appearance of the Kofemania personnel.

Thanks to the assertiveness of Pak, the criminal case of the beatings was soon withdrawn from the production of district police officers by the city commander in chief, where this episode was retrained to hooliganism.

Another episode associated with the beating of Solovchuk, who has received much more significant harm to health and has entitled to intensive care, while they are regarded only as a beatings, although it is now obvious that in the foreseeable future and he will receive a new qualification. (Most likely, we will talk about causing harmful harm - due to numerous bruises, a nose fracture and a concussion, the driver temporarily lost their ability to work.)

One way or another, but the main driver of this investigation will remain an official Pak who seriously intended to teach the offenders. The progress of the criminal investigation is secretly observed by operatives from the PP Office of the SEB FSB, which provides counterintelligence support at industry enterprises and the overseering officials of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
