Not far from Trubnaya Square opposite the Ministry of Health, a coordinated picket of doctors was held on the eve of the citywide rally on October 14 against disgraces in modern healthcare. This topic is very close to me, since there are two disabled people in the family - I and my sister, who directly and constantly experience the vicissitudes of medical care and the working conditions of doctors, so I went to take part in the picket - we need changes in this area. Several activists from “unlimited protest” came there, I recognized them from the video from the shares.
After the picket, not everyone dispersed, several people from the picket of doctors and children from “unlimited protest” decided to go to the city hall, to the monument to Yuri Dolgoruky. We walked along the evening Moscow and talked. On Tverskaya Square, the city hall held a jazz festival "Golden Autumn". There were many vacationers, tourists, parents with children, souvenir shops worked. People walked, listened to music, danced, sang along, played with children.
The guys with whom we came, were a little older than 20, there were still young guys, it is difficult to say how much, because there were a lot of people in the square. We, who came from the medical board - older than 40.
The guys had a few leaflets, so they decided to walk and talk with people, telling about themselves. We adults stood and talked among themselves. I say to my acquaintance alone: “Look, there are some strange people there. Are they called Eshnikov? " They were in shortened faceless jackets, from which, it seemed, shoulder straps stick out. The acquaintance says: "Yes, something is strange." These people later played a fatal role.
Activists of the “indefinite” to designate themselves when they go to stocks, clap their hands. I went to the point where we agreed to meet and then go for a walk. One of the guys sat on the asphalt and clapped. I stood and also clapped. These three people go towards us in dark jackets. One of them asks: "What are you clapping in your hands?" I say: "Concert, people have fun." Then a car rose, 7-10 people poured out of it and rushed at a huge speed. As they did not demolish any of the vacationers, I don’t know: it looked very unsafe. Passers-by froze in dumbfounding, someone began to shoot.
One guy, talking with friends sitting on a bench, grabbed behind, broke their hands and, without saying anything, dragged them to the car carrier: quickly, swiftly and wildly. They put his hands on the wall of the car carrier and began to cool. I am, in general, 56 years old. It was disgusted to me that they treated the children so. I went up to them and said: “Why are you delaying the boy so hard? What are you presenting to him? " I didn’t even notice, a man came up from the back who asked why I was clapping. He said: "And this one - clapped, also take it." Someone broke off my hands from behind and also stuffed me into a car carrier. By the morning on the arm, above the elbow, I already formed a specific bruise-due to how it was detained. I recorded a bruise in the emergency room and submitted an application to the police department.
Then the circles of hell began. How they rolled us in Avtosak! Turning on the siren, they drove at a frantic speed, violating all the rules. I am all in cones from such a ride. We shouted to the policeman so that we were carried quieter. The guys in Avtozak came across competent, knew their rights and confidently talked with law enforcement officers. I screamed from the windows of Avtosak: "People, help!" Because this is savagery: people on the street go, smile, and you were illegally detained and taken it unknown.
In Avtosak, one guy became ill, he was recently treated for a long time from gastritis, and on the basis of stress, apparently began to exacerbate, he asked for help, but the policemen did not react, but drove around Moscow. I began to call an ambulance myself, but it was impossible to indicate the address, because they did not know where we, only when they became at the Tver police department, we recorded an ambulance, 15–20 minutes later. The guy with an exacerbated stomach called an ambulance subsequently took away to Sklifosovsky. (Dmitry Baturo is still there. He told the OVD-Info that he was discovered on an ultrasound hematom because the policeman hit him with his knee.- OVD-Info )
There was such an episode in Avtosak: a guy from the perpetrators raced behind us to find out where we will be brought. In some circle, Autosak slowed down at the side of the road. When the cyclist with the car caught up, one of the policemen and the driver jumped out, like the devils from the carrier, from the car, tumbled him onto the asphalt and dragged him and threw him into a car gut, and then put a bicycle. The detainee said that some expensive details of eight rubles were dispersed at the bicycle.
As a result, we were brought to the Tver police department. They explained our detention by the fact that "we were guided by orientation." But she will not be shown to us, because she is some kind of secret. From the city hall where we were detained, could we go to the “Tver” police department, but, as I understand it, the Ashniks of friction with the ATS: they do not want to accept political detainees anywhere.
Eshnikia and the 2nd operational regiment will carry people, and then they cut it along the police department. And the police officers have to draw up protocols, reports, materials of affairs. Place, feed, capture the detainees. The same three were interviewed in jackets. The office was released for them. The poster stuck out of my bag, they asked him to show. I showed him from the picket at the Ministry of Health. The Ashniki looked at the poster and said: "Well, we agree with this." I ask: "Will you make a protocol?" They: "No, we let you go like that." Me: “This is not enough for me. You illegally detained me for more than two hours. ” I was taken to the duty unit so that I would write a statement there.
Two operatives brought me to the bastard part of the ATS, where you can’t just enter. I heard some rank told the operatives: "There are still three lodging people on the street, go and arrest them." Here the duty officer could not stand it: "Yes, here again 50 people will be again?"
I was immediately taken out of the duty unit, and I thought: what is more important, to write a statement or warn guys? I went outside, I wanted to save the guys from the detention. I was the penultimate, we would have been released. I told the guys that they could be detained, but they did not leave. They have such tactics: they hug, create a circle and shout from the inside of it. Who screams is incomprehensible. They began to make such “rose buds” and scream from there, in my opinion, to free the political prisoners.
Avtozak drove up. The ATS "Tver" has a narrow space, and there is still a theater nearby, there the performance ended. From there, some kind of guard came up to the cops, and said to them: “You cho? Finish your business quickly! I will have mothers with children now, but what's going on for you? " The cops jumped out of the ATS, cops jumped out of the autozak, they grabbed the coupling and so swelled it that I thought, parts of the body of some people will move to others. They threw people on the asphalt, dragged people to the car carrier, was Mesilovo. I clung to the nearest policeman, he was my age. I tell him: “What are you doing! Let the child go! " A bunch of policemen and clouched activists moved back and forth, between the car carrier and the sidewalk. The police shouted: "We have weapons!" And the faces are such that you can see what are ready to apply. They stuffed ten people in a car zak. Girls, young men - no one was versed.
PS The detainees later referred to the Presnensky and Khamovniki police departments. On September 8, Veronika Novozhenov and Anastasia Klimenko were arrested for ten days. The rest of the detainees were released by drawing up protocols on disobedience to the legal requirements of police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and the participation in an inconsistent event that caused interference with pedestrians and transport (part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses- OTS-INFO ).
