Khakassia: the election of the governor can be canceled - the media

In the elections of the Governor of Khakassia, the election scenario is a priority for the authorities, for this, before the second round, through the court, they can withdraw the candidate from the Communist Party of the Communist Party Valentin Konovalov, who won the first round.

This was reported to two sources by the newspaper Vedomosti. The Republican prosecutor's office has already introduced an idea of the deprivation of Konovalov’s registration in connection with identified violations. The election room plans to consider the performance today, October 11. Based on the results, a lawsuit may be sent to the court to cancel the registration of the candidate from the Communist Party.

The lawsuit can also file an opponent of Konovalov on the second round of elections, a candidate from the growth party, Alexander Myakhar. His claims may be based on the fact that the communist’s documents are incorrectly indicated - the “Communist Party of the Russian Federation of the Khakass branch” instead of the “Khakass regional branch of the political party of the Communist Party of the Communist Party” is incorrectly indicated. In addition, his documents on expenses and foreign assets were signed not by Konovalov. If, after its withdrawal, the meakhar himself refuses to participate in the elections, then they are recognized as failed.

On a single voting day, September 9, in Khakassia, the governor’s elections were held, at which at that time the head of the region Viktor Zimin (32.4%) lost to Valentina Konovalov nominated by the Communist Party (44.8%). After the first round, the uninitrisial resolved from the election, saying that "does not want to make a split in the region."

As a result, in the second round of the election of the head of Khakassia, planned on October 7, the candidate from the Fair Russia party Filyagin, who took 3rd place (32.5%) in the first round, and the communist Valentin Konovalov, were supposed to participate, but on the eve of Filyagin starred from the second round.

After his withdrawal of participation in the elections, the fourth participant in the first round - Alexander Myakhar, nominated by the Growth Party and gaining 5% of the vote, has already stated. This was announced by the election commission of Khakassia, which adopted the statement of Mashar.

On October 3, Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Deputy Minister for Caucasus Mikhail Razvozhaev to acting heads of Khakassia instead of Zimin.
