A court in Tyumen fined the coordinator of Navalny's headquarters 290 thousand rubles

The Central District Court of Tyumen fined the coordinator of the local headquarters of Navalny Alexander Kunilovsky 290 thousand rubles because of a rally against pension reform. This is reported by "Znak" from the words of Kunilovsky himself.

The judge recognized that Kunilovsky, being the organizer of the rally on September 9 in Tyumen, was guilty of repeated violation of the rules for holding the event (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The protocol, which was drawn up by those who detained Navalny’s supporter, says that the activist, together with the applicant of the action, Albert Mkhitaryan, “organized a gathering of citizens”, called on people to come to an unapproved rally, the place and time of which was reported “through the social network Youtube”.

On the page of Navalny's headquarters in Tyumen, it is reported that Alexander Kunilovsky was detained on September 9 even before the start of the action. Kunilovsky was walking down the street to the rally, when a police car stopped near him, from which an officer got out and took the activist to the department, where a protocol was drawn up against him.
