In Saratov, a deputy of the regional Duma was accused of participating in the action against pension reform

In Saratov, the regional Duma from the Communist Party of the Communist Party Alexander Anidalov drew up a protocol due to participation in the action against pension reform. He told about this on his page on the social network "VKontakte".

Anidalov was accused of violating the rules of the event by the participant (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to the action against raising the retirement age, which took place in Saratov on September 22. On the day of the event, the police did not detain its participants. Initially, they wanted to draw up a protocol on the organization of a public event on Anidalov.

Police officers met the deputy right in the building of the regional Duma and handed Anidalov a summons in his office.

• On October 1, a deputy of the regional Duma from the Communist Party of Nikolai Bondarenko was detained in Saratov on charges of violating the procedure for organizing a public event (part 1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to the same action. Later, Bondarenko was fined 25 thousand rubles.
