The person involved in the case of "New Greatness" Vyacheslav Kryukov temporarily stopped the hunger strike

The defendant in the case of the “New Greatness” Vyacheslav Kryukov, not indefinite time, stopped the hunger strike, which he kept since September 11. The member of the public-observation commission Yevgeny Enikeev, who visited the accused, told about this in his blog.

According to him, Kryukov has already written a statement on the termination of the hunger strike to the head of the pre-trial detention center-1 "sailor silence". So far, the accused is left in the hospital of the pre -trial detention center.

Kryukov wrote a statement for the public in which he explained his decision. According to the young man, he found many serious problems with internal organs. Kryukov was put by supporting droppers, but the body continued to deplete and weaken. According to doctors, a further continuation of the hunger strike will lead to irreversible consequences.

However, Kryukov noted that he was not going to completely abandon the hunger strike and only suspenses it. The young man also said that he was thinking about starting a dry hunger strike, that is, to also abandon the water.

Enikeev published Kryukov's notes on his condition in the last days. In them, he talks about problems with the kidneys, liver, pancreas. According to the accused, he reached a weight of 50 kilograms. His hands are numb, periodically sharp pain in the abdomen appear.

Vyacheslav Kryukov is 20 years old, he is a second -year student of the Russian State University of Justice. He is accused of organizing the extremist community "New Greatness" (Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code). On September 11, Kryukov extended the arrest, after which he announced a hunger strike. On October 11, the court upheld the decision to extend the arrest.

• In the case of "New Greatness" - an organization created, judging by the case file, implemented by employees - ten accused. Four of them are now in jail, six under house arrest.
• All ten people are accused of organizing the activities of the extremist community (Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code). At the same time, the prosecution is built on the testimony of three men who were not arrested. One of them said that he was introduced into the group on assignment. The interrogation protocols of these people are almost completely removed from the case file. One of the three wrote the charter of the organization, collected money, rented premises for meetings. None of them were arrested.
