According to the publication, Tikhomirov’s body was found on the evening of October 14 in an apartment on Komendantsky Avenue. The Investigative Committee opened a murder case (Article 105 of the Criminal Code).
Fontanka writes that, in addition to being a member of the Maritime Council, the 53-year-old businessman headed the joint-stock company Transtech Neva Exhibitions, which holds the international transport exhibitions Neva and Transtek in Russia.
