Fontanka: a member of the Maritime Council was stabbed to death in St. Petersburg

According to the publication, Tikhomirov’s body was found on the evening of October 14 in an apartment on Komendantsky Avenue. The Investigative Committee opened a murder case (Article 105 of the Criminal Code).

Fontanka writes that, in addition to being a member of the Maritime Council, the 53-year-old businessman headed the joint-stock company Transtech Neva Exhibitions, which holds the international transport exhibitions Neva and Transtek in Russia.

The Maritime Council coordinates the actions of federal executive authorities, enterprises and organizations in the field of maritime activities.
