The Russian Orthodox Church interrupted communication with the Patriarchate of Constantinople. What does it mean?
The Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church decided to completely terminate the Eucharistic communication with the Patriarchate of Constantinople. The conflict between the Moscow Patriarchate and Constantinople arose due to the desire of the CCC to provide complete church independence of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
