Scattered food and forced haircuts: a nationalist about the pressure of Center “E”

A nationalist from Irkutsk spoke about how she was made a witness in the case of publications in social networks, her house was searched and threatened. Operatives of the Center "E" believe that she collects information about them: in 2016, photos, links to social networks and other information about the Irkutsk "eshniki" appeared on the network. The name of the nationalist is not mentioned at her request.

On October 4, at seven in the morning, someone started knocking on my apartment. I live with a guy, he went to open the door. To the question "who?" he was told that his car had been scratched. He opened it, and operatives from the Center “E”, SOBR, an investigator, an expert (he was involved in the seizure of equipment) and attesting witnesses burst into the apartment. The guy was laid face down on the floor, I was taken to get dressed, the major of the Center “E” Kopotev Ivan Vladimirovich immediately approached the guy and said: “Do you guess why we are here? Because of your woman's fucking act."

The investigator began to read the search warrant, and it turned out that the case had been opened under article 282 (inciting hatred or enmity - OVD-Info ) against a person whom I didn’t even know (under the pretext that we were administrators of the same group), and we allegedly it is necessary to seize all electronic media and extremist materials. During the search, the guards (there were two of them - Kopotev Ivan and Moskvitin Ruslan) and the investigator (Kurzova Olesya) behaved very impudently: they threw all things on the floor, including underwear, towels, walked on them, opened food in the kitchen and everything pointedly thrown on the floor.

They acted so impudently that Kopotev, before pouring a pack of coffee on the table, spilled water there, and poured a pack of sugar on top. Other products were spilled directly onto the floor.

Kopotev kept me in the kitchen and clearly hinted that they were not here because of Article 282, adding: "Nothing personal." The investigator also threw everything. To sign some paper, she threw vegetables on the floor from the windowsill, kicked dishes that had also been thrown on the floor before, was rude, turned to you. I had to make a remark so as not to raise my voice. She freaked out when I refused to sign the protocol without reading it. I also refused to sign due to the fact that she did not let me put a dash in an empty space at the end, and did not sign on the page that they allegedly gave me a copy. She immediately began to threaten that I would go for 15 days.

When they brought me to the CPE, they took me to Andrey Adullin's office (he used to be the deputy head of the CPE, now I don't know who), then to another, where Dovgopoly Alexander Sergeevich and Kopotev were. They shouted at me, insulted me, said that they would cut off my hair and they wouldn’t get anything for it, since they don’t beat me. Dovgopoly threatened with physical violence, adding that he knows perfectly well how investigative and operational measures are being conducted, and will be able to escape punishment. The 282 case itself did not interest them.

In 2016, it seems, one of the nationalist websites published news about their department, with photos and videos where they drink, kiss and swear a lot. Including their data was there: pages on VKontakte and Instagram, date of birth, marital status. They think that I wrote this article, although they have no evidence and cannot be. I just often attended rallies in the city and took photographs there. At rallies, they kept asking me to delete the photos, threatening to break my camera, and take me to the department. They think that the photos (which are in this article) were taken by me. A couple of years ago, two CPE employees also tried to drag me into their car by force and take me somewhere. One of them was Artur Viktorovich Galich. I then wrote a statement about him to the Investigative Committee and the prosecutor's office, although Galich promised that if I complained, I would greatly regret it.

In general, on October 4, they were only interested in an article about them, they openly said that they were taking revenge on me, they held me for 12 hours, did not let me sit on a chair, they wanted me to go to my page on VKontakte. When Kopotev and Dovgopoly put me in front of their computer, trying to force me to go to social networks, I managed to read some of the folders on the desktop, and there were some materials on local anarchists, the names were listed directly.

One employee I didn't know said that if I ever took a picture of him, he would set Chechens and Ingush on me. They said that they would easily give me 15 days for allegedly insulting an employee, and there they would definitely force me to tell and sign everything they needed.

As a result, I don’t know what they want from me, I refused to testify under Article 51 (of the Constitution, gives the right not to testify against myself - OVD-Info ). I am a witness in a criminal case. The investigator (already different) said that in this case she would call me for interrogation almost every day. As a result, she called me twice already since October 4, and both times the interrogation was postponed. In the evening of the same day, they went to my work, seized a working computer, looked for a camera, but did not find it.
