The Moscow City Court rejected an appeal to extend the arrest of Andrei Tolkachev and Yuri Kornoy, who are accused in connection with the “revolution” of Vyacheslav Maltsev. Lawyer Anastasia Samorukova, who defends Tolkachev’s interests, told OVD-Info about this.
Tolkachev, Korny and Andrei Keptya were arrested in the fall of 2017. They are accused of participating in a terrorist community (Part 2 of Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code) “Art preparation”. According to investigators, they planned to set fire to decorations and garbage piled near Red Square in Moscow.
Samorukova has no information about the extension of Kepti’s arrest.
