Suspected in the attack on the Polytechnic College in Kerch, Vladislav Roslyakov received a permit for hunting weapons in October. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the commissioner for the protection of children's rights in the Crimea, Irina Klyueva.

“I don’t know the system for obtaining weapons, I don’t own weapons, but I didn’t think that such young people could do this,” Klyueva said.

In her opinion, it is necessary to find out how Roslyakov received permission. “Surely he had to undergo medical examinations, psychologists, it’s just that a person cannot get a permit for a weapon, even if it is a hunting one,” said the children’s ombudsman.

Earlier, Telegram channel 112 reported that Roslyakov received permission for a 12-gauge gun on September 8, and a few days ago he bought 150 rounds of ammunition for it.
