On October 3, in Omsk, a 43-year-old mother of three children Galina Kamyshnikova, who conducted a single picket, was detained in Omsk near the city council building. The police did not stand ceremony with her, and when Galina, two days later, turned to doctors with complaints of pain, they recorded not only numerous bruises on her arms and legs, but also a fracture of the body of the sternum and chest bruises on both sides. For several days the victim had to be carried out under the supervision of doctors.

In an interview with Siberia. Raali correspondent, Galina Kamyshnikova spoke about her detention, about the attitude of the authorities towards large children, as well as why she herself is no longer going to go to protest actions.

- Galina, what made you go to a single picket?

- In 2013, as part of the state program, my husband and I received a land plot in an array on Lobov, they began to be built ... But so far no communications have been brought to the house. They only achieved that we were electrified, and then after a video message to a straight line with the president. In June 2017, we sent him, and in December we were light.

- Did your video show show on the air?

-No , but still something happened. The case moved from the dead point. This summer, my husband and I were forced to abandon the rented apartment and moved to live in the house. The nearest column is six kilometers from us, in the private sector. We go there for water. Locals are already mowing at us and our canists. There are no roads to Lobov. If it rains, you won’t go, you won’t pass. About gas and do not dream. But we have nowhere to go. And in this position, not only us. So I defended the interests of all large mothers of the Omsk region, and not just my family or those who live in our massif. We are even ready to pay money to ensure us with water. But Vodokanal calls some sky-high amounts. Our acquaintance of many children has been counted more than three million for connection.

- So, you went to the action ...

I felt ill with my heart - I am a core. And they in response: "We know such cores!"

- Yes, on October 3, from nine to ten in the morning I spent a single picket at the Omsk City Council. In my hands I had a poster: "Our children want to walk along the roads, wash and drink clean water." The deputies walked by. Someone even stopped, began to ask why I was standing here. Then I noticed that a white car drove up to the building. By the way the guards fussed, I suggested that the mayor of Oksana Fadin was sitting inside. But then the car left. Nobody came out of it. I turned the poster and was about to leave, when suddenly a man in civilian clothes came up to me, I began to ask questions. I decided that this was a representative of the administration. But I really did not have time to answer him, as I felt that someone had grabbed and dragged me from behind. I shouted: “Help! Save it!”, Lugged my feet. Then I realized that it was the police drag me, three or four. I asked to explain what it was to blame on what basis they delay me. I felt ill with my heart - I am a core. And they in response: "We know such cores. We will bring it to the department, and there we will figure out who you are." A man in civilian pursued them so that they would not be busy with me, they took me away faster from the City Council. When I was pushed through the door of the groove, I fell and felt something crushed inside. I did not expect such a reaction of the police. It happens that at a stop, a drunk begins to row, and people in uniform are suitable for him, they are talking calmly with him, they will present their own certificates. Several strong men attacked me, dragged me. Who did they protect me from me? I am still shocked by what happened.

- How did you treat the police department?

- I was taken to OP No. 9. There they began to say to me: "Would you sit better at home and were not indignant, would not go anywhere. Why rebel, go against the authorities? You can leave everything by going to the officials." And I suggested that they show the folder in which I stored all the unsubscribes I received by the results of such techniques. Very thick folder! They have nothing to object to it. When I explained for what purpose I went to the picket, I told my story, the policeman who interrogated me, he himself was very surprised, for which they detained me at all. After that I was released.

- After what happened, representatives of the city administration were associated with you?

- No, no one called me. They went to Natalia Sinelnik - she was also at the City Council that day, and later spoke to the deputies. Natalia is the head of the Omsk Regional Public Organization "Family Focus", in which I enter. So she was invited to Oksana Fadina. On October 11, she visited the mayor. I also called me with me. But now I am in such a state that I can’t move once again, not like going somewhere. Fadina said that they would understand "about Galina" and that she herself in bewilderment, as this could happen. It would be possible, it seems to me, to personally ask my well -being. But my phone number Fadin did not ask. And she said that on Saturday, the technique will come on Saturday to grad the road. I did not come.

Why do they tell us in the news how large families live well?

- Did you first participate in a public action?

- Yes. In fact, that day I wanted to get to the meeting of the City Council and perform there, but it did not work out in time. Therefore, I decided on a single picket. I really wanted to look into the eyes of the mayor of Oksana Fadina. Maybe she would remember me? And with me and my promises? In March, I and other large mothers went to her reception. The mayor accepted us well, listened, assured that she would help and in June 2018 would visit us on Lobov personally. But we never waited for her. I also wanted to convey to her my correspondence with officials - unsuccessful, and clippings from newspapers with articles on how many in our area is done for large families. There are decrees and orders of Putin on the support of such families, there are federal assistance programs. But much is given to the discretion of the regions. And in the field these programs are launched, but half. For example, the regional authorities should have provided us with the necessary infrastructure in the allocated areas for free. But officials only promise to help. The question arises: why then take any programs and decrees at all? Why don't they work at the local level? Or do programs still work, but only for their own? So it turns out? And why do they tell us in the news how large families live well?

- How do you feel about protest promotions? Have you heard anything about the investigations of Navalny and the rallies of his supporters?

- My opinion is this: in the country you need to restore order. You read on the sites: one official was arrested for financial fraud, the other land illegally issued it ... And do you think that there are really no honest people left at all? I saw a briefly in social networks links to the investigation that Navalny conducted. But I would not want to talk about it, if possible. As for peaceful public actions, each person has the right to express his opinion, including this way. This is necessary so that officials not only sit in the offices and engage in unsubscribes, but really respond to the problems of the inhabitants. Probably, the protest of people who disagree should make the authorities think about what she is doing. In the same social networks, I saw people go against pension reform. And after all, it was possible to achieve some kind of messages! People were heard. And if they had not declared themselves, then who knows what could be? Maybe they would have taken and canceled a pension.

- You yourself are also against raising the retirement age?

- To be honest, my mom and dad after they went on a well -deserved rest, so it is called for us, they didn’t work anymore. They are engaged only in their health. There is no strength left for anything else. Recently, a relative was buried. A thrombus broke. She tried all her life, laid out to receive a high pension allowance. In its 54 years, all developed. The month did not live until retirement. And my aunt died a year and a half before retirement. Maybe if the criticism of the law continues, in the wake of this discontent, negative comments, petitions, the government will revise its decision and even more soften the conditions.

- What do you think of the detentions of participants in peaceful protest actions?

- I believe that if a person is innocent, then this is specially done in order to intimidate both him and everyone else, to make it silent. I am disgusted with all this. If a person peacefully expressed his opinion, why twist him and threaten him with a club? But the authorities with the help of the police want to protect itself, its well -being. It’s good when everyone is afraid: then corrupt officials live calmly. And our government, too ( refers to the regional government. - Approx. Aut. ). Let's get back to many children again. Money from the federal center for programs is allocated. And where do they ultimately go? This, according to the authorities, is already not our business. We should not disturb them with uncomfortable questions, we should not interfere with them to write beautiful reports on paper. I want to note that in some other regions, large people are humanly related. Federal programs really work there, there are many benefits. They leave Omsk to Krasnodar, to Yekaterinburg. There are salaries above. And in our area, such that we have to infringe on everything in everything. But how many window dressings are on TV! So I want to say: "Enough dust in the eyes of people!" Wherever the President is gathering to come, they quickly make roads there, they put everything in order. They create visibility in front of him that something is being done in the country, is changing for the better. But he really comes to see how the local power works. But they show him only a beautiful facade. They know that you can show, and what is better to hide from his eyes. Well, the president cannot keep track of everything.

- Did you vote for Vladimir Putin in the elections?

- Are you ready to go out another picket, if you need to?

- After what happened to me, I don’t even know how to answer. I no longer want to go anywhere else, because you don’t know what to expect. Someone is strong, someone has a connection, someone knows the laws well. Those feel more confident in such situations. But we do not know the laws, we will read something in fitsions on one site, on the other.

- What do you intend to do next?

- The picket was in many ways my initiative. My husband does not believe in all this television lies and does not expect help from the state. He slowly makes a sewer himself, digs a well. I have never sat on sick leave for so long, but here it is not known how much more I have to spend in bed. This is unusual for me. Mom arrived from the district to manage, engage in children and care for me. Now I will lie down a little and will do this business. In the hospital where I entered, the doctors called the district police officer so that he interviewed me. And the other day the investigator talked with me. He came to us at Lobov. I was surprised: "How do you get home? I almost molested my car." He said that he now understands why I went to the picket. So it was he who just drove into a hole on a dry road. I will seek to be paid to me as material damage, which I should receive for this month, and compensated for treatment costs.
