Garbage collapse in the Republic of Altai. The re -operator has lost the task

In the Republic of Altai, a re -operator for the collection and export of MSW is brought to administrative responsibility. Due to the inaction of the company, Gorno-Altaysk was littered with garbage.

“The city’s prosecutor’s office conducted an audit in the activities of the regional operator of the Kommunalist LLC for the collection and export of MSW from the territory of the municipality, as a result of which it was established that the actions of the legal entity committed violations of the sanitary and emitramiological legislation, which caused a massive overflow of garbage containers in the territory of Gorno-Altaysk,” the municipality said.

In relation to the company, a resolution under Art. 6.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the legislation in the field of ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, expressed in violation of applicable sanitary rules and hygienic standards, non-compliance with sanitary and anti-epidemic measures). The sanction of the article provides for a fine of up to 20 thousand rubles.

On October 19, the head of the republic Alexander Berdnikov and the ONF expressed concern to the situation. It was reported that in some places the garbage was not exported in the private sector for about two weeks, and somewhere from the place of collection of waste containers disappeared, people began to put garbage on the ground.

The regional government in the regional government was explained by the transition to a new waste management system - a regional operator began to work in the republic, and private structures were previously engaged in the export of MSW.

“I want to assure the townspeople that in the near future the work will work out, we sent additional resources to Maema and Gorno-Altaysk in order to purchase all the necessary equipment. Those who allowed this situation will bear the punishment, up to the sender. This is unacceptable, this is a real “head of the head”, ”said the head of the republic, Alexander Berdnikov.

In the commentary of the GRK, Berdnikov even clarified the amounts that will be allocated to the re-operator and what they will go to: “5 million Gorno-Altaysk and Maime, so that this operator, who will engage in garbage, takes containers and transport.”

“During the audit, it was found that the landfill is an unauthorized place of waste disposal, that is, the territory is not intended for waste accommodation. The land plot on which the landfill is located belongs to the right of ownership of the municipal education “Turochak district”, the prosecutor's office said . - In this regard, on August 24, 2018, the head of the administration of the Ministry of Defense of the Turochak District, on the elimination of the identified violations of the law, which is under consideration, was made.
