The New York Times: US Military Writes to Russians from 'Troll Factory' That They've Been Exposed
The United States Cyber Command is contacting Russians suspected of spreading disinformation aimed at interfering in the election and telling them that their activities are being monitored, The New York Times reported, citing sources.
The campaign's targets, according to The New York Times, included both employees of "hacking groups sponsored by oligarchs" and intelligence officers.
