In Kaliningrad, the prosecutor's office of the coordinator of the headquarters of Navalny Igor Petrov and his deputy Mark Klyamar were called due to the performance of Open Russia activists at a rally against pension reform. This was reported in the telegram channel of the Navalny team in Kaliningrad.
The prosecutor's office of the activists of the headquarters of Navalny was interviewed about the speeches of representatives of Open Russia at the rally on August 5. Both refused to talk, taking advantage of the 51th article of the Constitution.
After that, on Monday, on October 22, Klyamaru received a notification of the initiation of an administrative case against him about the participation in the activities of an unwanted organization (Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The next day, the prosecutor’s office was closed, but Klyamaru was awarded a warning about the inadmissibility of violation of the law. The warning says that at a rally against raising the retirement age, Klyamar declared the speakers as representatives of Open Russia.
