On October 22, the Nevsky District Court of St. Petersburg fined a member of the "Party of the Dead" Max Evstropov for 17 thousand rubles for the action against the pension reform on September 9. He wrote about this on his Facebook page.
The activist was charged with a violation of the rules of the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). In the court decision, as Evstropov suggests, in terms of establishing the composition of the offense, there are erroneous statements copied from police reports. For example, inscriptions on the posters of the event participants are given: “Rutin liar, thief and scoundrel” and “40% of the Russians will survive to retirement”.
According to the activist, during the meeting, “Judge Elena Yerunova once immediately began to yell at us”, and the defender Vari Mikhailova “almost deleted for the fact that Varya recalled ... about applications to one of the applications-the judge considered that the defender could only speak by her permission.”
