The parcel with an explosive device was sent by mail and to the CNN office, located in the Time Warner Center in the Manhattan Center - the building had to be evacuated. The bomb was addressed to John Brennan, a former CIA director under the Obama administration and criticism of the current president Donald Trump.

Even earlier - on Monday - the explosive device was found at home from billionaire George Soros, known for supporting the democratic party. The FBI confirmed that the bombs are similar to those who were sent Clinton, Obama and the CNN editor.

Such attacks on representatives or supporters of the Democratic Party in America are associated with the upcoming elections to the US Congress, which will take place on November 6. The New York Times writes that the detection of bombs on the eve of the elections "again raises the question of whether the political discourse in the country, which is already on the verge, has become too caustic."

US President Donald Trump has already managed to express his indignation about attempts at terrorist attacks. He called for unification against the backdrop of external threats and stated that "political violence or threats for political reasons are unacceptable in the United States."

However, the liberal media remind that it is Trump that contributes to the escalation of the conflict, accusing many media of misinformation.

The conflict between the liberals and supporters of Trump reached his climax on the eve of the elections to the American parliament, when all members of the Congress and 35 out of 100 members of the Senate will be re -elected.
