The head of the Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, asked the FSB to return to him two million rubles, which he issued from his pocket to capture the bribe takers. Now this money is material evidence, and Aksenov explained that it is "limited in the resource."
The Aksenov told about the exposure of local officials in bribery on the operational development of Aksenov on October 25 on the program “Serious Conversation” on the First Crimean TV channel, commenting on the detention of the deputy prime minister of the republic Vitaly Nakhlupin .
“Recently, there have been a lot of such detentions. Only for his part he sent more than eight episodes on bribery for this year. Including his money to be realized by these events,” Aksyonov said.
He said that in July he was at the reception of the director of the Federal Security Service of Alexander Bortnikov. “He came to ask him that the funds that I allocated to work with the bribe takers were returned as soon as possible,” Aksenov said and noted that at the moment two million rubles from his funds are material evidence in various criminal cases. “I am limited in resources,” he emphasized.
The Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea Vitaly Nakhlupin was detained in Moscow on October 17 on suspicion of receiving a bribe. The court arrested him until December 16, 2018. As Kryminform clarifies the same measure of restraint, the court chose the court for the ex-deputy minister of transport of Crimea Valentin Dukorsky and the former First Deputy Chairman of the Competitive Policy Committee of the Republic of Yaroslav Cream.
According to some reports, the detention of Nakhlupin is associated with the situation around road tenders. Nakhlupin oversaw road construction, and also was responsible for the implementation of the federal target program for road construction.
