The prefecture of the capital's Yuvao rejected the notifications of the “Russian march” in Lublino, which was submitted by representatives of the “Right Bloc”, the “Russian human rights league” and the “Institute of National Policy”. This was reported by the leader of the Party of Nationalists and the Institute of National Policy Ivan Beletsky.

According to Beletsky, the prefecture of the district after a meeting with the Moscow Mayorus refused to all three organizers of the “Russian march” of 2016-2017. The nationalists in the city administration verbally said that the action was agreed by other applicants, who, according to Beletsky, were not related to the “Russian march” in previous years. Initially, the city hall verbally agreed on the action to Vladimir Burmistrov from the Right Bloc, but he was soon refused.

On his Facebook page, Beletsky reports that the action - also orally - agreed on George Shishkov, who, according to Beletsky, is related to the Russian power departments. Beletsky believes that in this way the authorities are trying to provoke people, as well as to disrupt the centralized conduct of the “Russian march”. The nationalist writes that Shishkov is related to the breakdown of the “Russian march” of 2017.

“Beletsky’s power structures are related to all those opponents - Kovalev, I, Ratnikov, and now Shishkov. As can be seen from the notification - Beletsky, unlike Shishkov, was not the organizer of the RM [of the Russian march], ”Karasev said.

According to him, Shishkov this year was proposed to transfer events to Lublino and combine a notification of the action with other organizers from ASS and the National Revolutionary Vanguard (NRA). Karasev notes that in the application for the Ans, NRA and Shishkov hotel it is stated that they are not ready to combine applications with Beletsky supporters.

Karasev also calls Beletsky and his supporters "provocateurs and slanderers."
