The picture of the incident consists of a few messages of the participants in the events, as well as the comments of the representatives of the SRZ. During the release of the aircraft carrier cruiser from the dock, the latter began to sink. At the same time, the tower crane fell on the deck of Kuznetsov, another crane collapsed into the sea.
There were several workers in the water. About 70 people were evacuated from the territory of the plant. According to experts, the operation to raise dock on the surface can take about a year.
The fallen crane partially damaged the aircraft carrier and the take -off deck. The ship is towed by another Murmansk SRZ - No. 35 and stands at the mooring wall. In the photo made by eyewitnesses, it is clear that the collapsed crane lies on the deck of the cruiser. The volume of damage caused is not yet called. The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 216 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Violation of safety rules for construction or other works, which entailed by negligence of the death of a person”).

TASS with reference to Evgenia Gladyshev, a spokeswoman for a row for repairing the ship of the Zvezdochka Shipbuilding Center, reports that the cause of flooding was a disconnection of the pumps caused by a voltage jump in the mains. Since Friday in Murmansk, entire areas have been systematically de -energized, and for a long time. In the IDGC of the North-West, they explain that the reason is the suddenly mentioning winter and icy wires, as well as the power lines collapsing under the weight of the snow. Although, frankly, this year winter in Murmansk, on the contrary, was late, usually snow lies by mid -October.
In the Arctic, it is strange to write off an almost three -day blackout for snowfall.
In addition, if you believe the version of the networkers, the question arises about the reliability of the region’s energy system, in which there are a number of strategic enterprises. They began to talk about this on Monday, when the residents simply filled up power engineers and communal workers, and by the night there was an emergency in Roslyakov.
The commentary of the "Asterisk" does not so much remove unnecessary questions as it poses new ones. It turns out that the largest floating dock in Russia, moreover, the only dock capable of accepting the only Russian avian -caring cruiser does not have a reserve power system in case of a network break? It is hard to believe. In theory, emergency diesel generators at an object of this class are launched automatically after a matter of minutes after the power outage.
Otherwise, it turns out that the safety of strategic objects is very fragile - once it retreats under the pressure of a conventional snowstorm.
At the same time, the power engineers themselves, after an internal audit, said that at the time of the accident there were no power failures to the Roslyakovsky SRZ.
In a conversation with TASS, the head of the United Shipbuilding Corporation, Alexei Rakhmanov, confirmed: in the OSK “they knew that the state of the dock was not very good.” At the same time, in the OSK they insist that the emergency will not affect the time of the repair of Kuznetsov. What is hardly believed not so much because of new damage, but due to the fact that another dock that can accept the tser is simply not. The Novorossiysk PD-190 itself requires repair and is unlikely to withstand the transition to Murmansk.

In Roslyakov, moods close to panic: the area hoped exclusively for this fluke - the main asset of the SRZ. PD-50 was built in 1980 in Sweden, its length-330 meters, carrying capacity-80,000 tons. It was in it that at one time, Kursk was cut. A little later, the floodplain almost became the epicenter of the disaster: the Yekaterinburg Premier League with nuclear ammunition on board burned in it.
However, in recent years, the SRZ promised to reprofile. It was about reception for repairs in the future of the Arctic vessels in the interests of the oil industry - for the sake of these prospects a couple of years ago, the Roslyakovo district lost independence and status, which gave certain benefits to residents. Rosneft promise to turn it into a shipbuilding center, but so far they are postponed, and now there is simply nothing to serve the needs of the military-industrial complex.
The asset went under water, people are afraid of abbreviations.
As for the fate of the aircraft carrier, here the incident looks more logical. From the moment of construction, Kuznetsov spent most of his life under the repair, and not on hikes. His biography is so unlocked that after reports about the next emergency in Murmansk publics began to write, which would not be surprised if the ISS fell on the deck of the ship. Moreover, with the space industry, to which Mr. Rogozin was threw from defense construction, not everything has been smooth recently for us.

In March, Admiral Kuznetsov headed the National Interest rating of the worst aircraft carriers ever launched in the world. “Kuznetsov” slowly moves, smokes, becomes a character of memes, suffers from a malfunction of the boilers and becomes a black hole for the budget. According to RBC, the cost of the Mediterranean campaign of the cruiser amounted to 10 billion rubles.
In that campaign, in 2016, in just a month, the cruiser lost two deck fighters: both fell into the sea due to a technical malfunction.
In a word, although propaganda is trying to present Kuznetsov a symbol of the country's naval power, it turns out so-so. In order for the comic effect to finally change heroic, the ship must be reconstructed.
In April 2018, the Ministry of Defense signed an appropriate contract with an asterisk. Repair should last until 2021, plans to install new boilers, as well as systems that provide air group flights, and air defense systems. Repair will cost 60 billion rubles. After an emergency with a pelvdok, it is difficult to assume whether this amount will remain unchanged.
PS
The aircraft carrier was not insured - the sunken dock is inappropriate to repair - the nearest similar dock in the Far East ...
On Tuesday afternoon, the head of the united shipbuilding corporation Alexei Rakhmanov said that OSK intends to file a lawsuit against the SRZ for the amount of damage that the accident inflicted on the aircraft carrier. According to Rakhmanov, the Ministry of Defense did not insure the repair of the cruiser, so the damage can be compensated only in court. Currently, the ultimate owner of the SRZ is Rosneft, whose representatives previously announced plans for the extensive modernization of the plant.
