The activists of the All -Russian Popular Front right now remembered that the hookah and electronic cigarettes in the cafe “interfere with everyone”, so they said that they were preparing a bill for consideration in the Duma.

1. Weapons from 25 years old and with sensors.
   After shooting at the Polytechnic College in Kerch, where 20 people died and at least 50 were injured, the State Duma faced the question of what needs to be done to avoid such tragedies. The day after what happened, the first deputy head of the State Duma Committee on the Development of Civil Society, Ivan Sukharev, said that he would prepare a bill on an increase in age qualification for the sale of weapons - up to 21 years. Such a proposal was supported by the Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatyana Moskalkova.
   However, according to Moskalkova, the minimum age should be raised even higher - at least 25 years. Vladimir Putin has already instructed the Russian Guard to seriously strengthen control in the field of weapons turnover: “I am waiting for specific proposals from you, including a legislative nature,” the president said at a meeting in the Kremlin with senior officers and prosecutors. The Ministry of Internal Affairs has already proposed an option: to equip civilly weapons with tracking sensors - but experts responded to it negatively, since, in their opinion, the initiative will bring nothing but huge costs.

2. Video games outlawed.
   The second thing that was also proposed to be banned is video games. The topic has been discussed for a very long time. It was proposed, for example, to apply a warning about danger and prohibit video games with anti -Russian content. In September, the deputy head of the presidential administration Sergei Kiriyenko said that video games are one of the ways of “political influence” on children. And after the Kerch tragedy, the State Duma deputy Yevgeny Marchenko raised the issue: "It is necessary to prohibit them so that the youth does not break their psyche." The Internet users did not take the deputy’s proposal seriously, as they remembered that Marchenko was not used to imposing prohibitions-for example, three years ago he was already trying to protect Russians from trips to Turkey, Egypt and Thailand due to non-compliance with security standards there. And in 2016, Marchenko called for banning the Leningrad group due to the propaganda of alcoholism and obsceneity in the video in St. Petersburg-Drink. The leader of the group Sergei Shnurov answered this then: “In this case, as such, art should be prohibited - only news.”

3. No one to get acquainted.
   Last week, the head of the State Duma Committee on Family, Women and Children, Tatyana Pletneva opposed sites and mobile applications for dating, and at the same time against the entire Internet. “In general, the Internet [needs] limit, because everything that is worthless, from there, draw our children and youth, and the old people are already sitting there. Gossip there is all kinds and lies, ”Pletneva said. What kind of lies is “worthless” to draw from the Internet, the deputy did not specify.
   As for dating sites, according to Pletneva, they must be prohibited due to the opportunity to stumble upon scammers. In addition, "blocking these resources will contribute to the development of the correct relationship." Internet users recall that Pletneva already had restrictive advice, for example, in relation to Russian women. Before the World Cup, she advised Russian girls not to enter into sexual communications with foreign fans, since "since the time of the Olympics-80 there were many single mothers in the USSR."

4. The corruption of the holidays.
   In the wake of such proposals, deputy Vitaly Milonov did not forget about his annual desire to prohibit Halloween celebration in schools. Moreover, on the Internet we can track that the deputy reminds of himself this proposal for at least five years. This time he turned to the Minister of Education Olga Vasilyeva with an argument about the "Satanism" of the holiday.

5. Kalana under the knife.
   The All -Russian Popular Front (ONF), in turn, prepared for the State Duma a bill on the ban on smoking of hookah and electronic cigarettes in public catering establishments. The ONF also said that it would be proposed to increase excise taxes on all electronic smoking devices: “This will lead to an increase in their value and a decrease in accessibility for young people,” the ONF press release said. The prohibition initiative, according to the organization, is due to the "protection of the health of citizens."

And since they do not do anything, except for the nomination of such ideas, so they either glow to get into the media reports, or simply want to express their emotions. This is more due to their problems, because the ban does not require a big mind. When the ban is simply superimposed-this is some kind of whim. In addition, in this way they discredit a state structure, which already has a low trust rating (as I understand it from research).

The prohibition reaction from a psychological point of view is a children's level. You hit the stool, in response - hit it yourself. Want to forbid Halloween? Come up with some holiday. People need holidays, non -standard and non -trivial. We had the carnivals, then there was an analogue - Kalyada. Then Halloween came to us. Previously, half-Moscow celebrated St. Patrick's Day. Where is he now? Nowhere, he died himself. If you prohibit Halloween, contact ethnographers, anthropologists, specialists to determine what the specifics of these holidays are. Then you will understand that you are forbidden what you are depriving people and how to replace it.
