Until December 25, the Kyiv District Court of Simferopol arrested the Crimean Tatar Dilyaver Gafarov, suspected of participating in the volunteer detachment named after Noman Chelebedzhikhan. This is stated in the Facebook of the public association "Crimean Solidarity".
Gafarov is suspected under Part 2 of Article 208 of the Criminal Code (participation in an illegal armed formation). The man does not admit his guilt.

Dilyaver Gafarov was detained on October 30. According to Gafarov's father, FSB officers arrived at the man's house for a search at three in the morning. They stated that they were looking for weapons in the house, but they did not find it from Gafarov and confiscated a laptop, phones, documents, Ukrainian and Russian passports. It is noted that the witnesses during the search were girls from Feodosia, who were brought by the FSB officers themselves.
