In Adygea, a student paid 340 thousand rubles, which the Maikop Homeless Animals volunteer community owed to the local veterinary clinic. The girl did this so that the volunteers could accept the homeless kitten she found, writes TASS.

Community volunteer Zilya Stepanova said that the student asked to take the kitten away from her, since two cats already live in her house. But the animal rights activists refused her, explaining that they have about 100 animals in their care, and in addition, they have accumulated a large debt to the veterinary clinic - 340 thousand rubles.

“Then the girl went and paid off all our debt. We have such a miracle for the first time in all six years of our community’s work, we are simply in shock,” said Stepanova. She did not name the girl, saying that she wished to remain anonymous.

After paying the debt, the volunteers took the kitten from her. He was jokingly given the nickname "Golden". Now he is being treated at a veterinary clinic, and they have already started looking for owners.
