Three leaders of the Bashkir police, suspected of raping a colleague, were fired. This is reported by TASS with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region.
The decision to dismiss them was made by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Bashkiria, Roman Deev. The reason given was "commission of offenses discrediting the honor and dignity of a police officer."
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Bashkiria will conduct an internal check in the police units where the suspects worked in order to identify the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of the crime, Interfax writes .
- According to investigators, on the night of October 30, three police officers of Bashkiria raped a 23-year-old colleague who works as an investigator in the department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Ufimsky district. The alleged perpetrators have been arrested.
