CJSC "Lenin state farm" filed a lawsuit in the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region to its director, ex-candidate for the President of the Russian Federation from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Pavel Grudinin , demanding to recover more than a billion rubles from him. The lawsuit was registered with arbitration on October 30 and is considered in the first instance, follows from the file cabinet on the court website .
The lawsuit was filed by the state farm on behalf of his minority shareholders of Ivan, Olga and Tamara Markins, Alexander and Dmitry Eroshkin, as well as Nina Sadovnikova, who achieve compensation for losses incurred by the state farm, explained “losses are associated with two land plots that were transferred to the authorized capital of TT Development LLC,” the lawyer said. On March 2018, the Moscow Region Arbitration Court invalidated by the interested parties, including Grudinin.
On March 2, the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region granted the lawsuit of the Lenin State Farm of shareholders on the cancellation of the aforementioned transaction from TT Development LLC, the founder of which was the head of the Grudinin state farm. The court agreed with the approval of the plaintiffs that the transaction was obviously unprofitable for the state farm, since as a result of its conclusion, the state farm lost land plots with an area of 1.26 hectares and 17.2 hectares with a total value of 1.095 billion rubles, according to an independent examination, and in return received only a share in the capital of TT Development worth 29 million rubles.
According to the Unified State Register of Real Estate, in 2015 a larger section of 17.2 hectares was divided into two, one of which was sold a year after a year was sold to the Swedish retailer IKEA for 1.6 billion rubles. It is impossible to return it back, since IKEA acquired the land legally. In this situation, plaintiffs may require compensation in the amount of the market value of the site with those who legally sold it, experts explained.
Markin, Eroshkin and Sadovnikova jointly own 21,352 or 0.4592% of ordinary shares of the state farm, Grudinin owns approximately two million shares.
Meanwhile, in mid -September, Vidnovsky City Court of the Moscow Region imposed security arrest on the state farm shares belonging to Grudinin as part of the consideration of the claim of his ex -wife about the division of property after the divorce. The lawyer Irina Grudinina Elena Boytsova then said that Grudinin did not formally have other values and real estate. Grudinin and his wife issued a divorce in mid -July after 37 years of marriage.
In the presidential election on March 18, Grudinin, running from the Communist Party and folk-patriotic forces, took the second line after Vladimir Putin and called these elections the "most dirty in the post-Soviet space", recognizing the correctness of the opposition politician Alexei Navalny, who, even before the voting, predicted massive violations and "grand mud."
