The case will be considered only after the player will be released and will be able to attend the meeting.

“The time of consideration of the“ Krasnodar ”appeal is not defined. And I think that until the moment it has the opportunity to take part in the meeting, we will not be able to consider this case, because our task is to provide each party with the opportunity to attend personally. I think that the defendant is not able to take part in it,” Berezov said Sport -Express .

According to the head of the chamber, the RFU will wait on December 8 - the date of expiration of the athlete's arrest.

Recall that the football player was placed in the Butyrka pre -trial detention center, where it will remain at least on December 8th . On October 19, the court rejected his appeal to detention. Mamaev is accused under two articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation-the 116th Blessings and the 213rd Hooliganism.
