Among the 68 legal entities of Ukraine, which fell under sanctions, mainly enterprises of the Ukrainian chemical, mining and metallurgical industry. Among them, in particular, PJSC Dneprazot and Ukrhimenergo are associated with billionaire Igor Kolomoisky ( 6th place in the Ukrainian Forbes list) . In addition, farmers and manufacturers of products fell under restrictions. One of the largest players - Mironovsky Bakery Product - is an asset of billionaire Yuri Kosyuk (3rd place in the Ukrainian Forbes list), freelance adviser Petro Poroshenko. The sanctions also touched the “Food-Work Corporation of Ukraine”, the Favorite Plus meat factory and the Ukrainian Beecon company, the leading Ukrainian exporter of the oil of Kernel and one of the largest agro-exporters of Ukraine Nibulon, controlled by the Hero of Ukraine Alexei Vadatursky. Restrictive measures affected the banking and insurance sectors - in particular, the Ingo Ukraine insurance company - billionaire Alexander Yaroslavsky, “Bank Credit Dnipro” of the same Viktor Pinchuk.
Finally, pharmaceutical companies (Badm and Pharmac), the Kharkov Tractor Plant (Alexander Yaroslavsky- Novyero ), the Ukrgaz-Energo, the Eastone Pinchuk’s investment and state-owned-industrial industry, the Ukrspirt, Kharkov Company were included in the sanctions list.
