In Moscow, six participants in the “unlimited protest” were detained near the building of the 2nd operational regiment of the police. This was reported by the OTD-Info by one of them Kristina Timakova.

According to Timakova, in connection with the death of an employee of this regiment, activists were going to put flowers and give a letter with condolences. But they were detained at the entrance from the shopping center on the way to the police building.

“We took their passports and said that they need to be checked for authenticity,” the girl says.

Also detained Ivan Emelyanov, Ekaterina Zakharov, Arthur Simonov, Elena Smirnova and one minor. Everyone was delivered to the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye police department.

UPD 23:45 After the detention of an “unlimited protest” in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye police department, employees in civilian clothes approached. They asked Timakova about what she was doing at the building of the 2nd operational police regiment, whether the organizer of the action was and why she did not condemn the investigator who died two weeks ago. Also, employees in civilian clothes asked her to give explanations about the action and name the names of the detainees in writing.

After Timakov refused to do this without the consent of the rest of the activists, she began to threaten her responsibility for disobedience the requirements of the police officer. Then, employees in civilian clothes photographed Timakova’s passport and took fingerprints from two “unlimited protest” activists.

All detainees were released without drawing up the protocol at 20:40. At the same time, activists were given a request to terminate illegal actions. As stated in the document, otherwise they are facing an administrative punishment up to 15 days of arrest under an article on disobedience to the requirements of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
